Our Story
In 2019, our Founder, Austin Flood, began his career as an insurance broker. Coming from a large independent insurance corporation, he saw many different sides of the industry. With the conviction that when people choose a policy they are also choosing the agency they are working with, he started Flood Family Insurance not only to provide the best rates and coverage for families, but also to make sure that they understand their insurance coverages and are completely taken care of in the event that they need to use their policy.
